I will always be honest and candid with my Clients about market conditions, even if the information conflicts with what they want to hear.
I will enter into a Client relationship if what is expected of me is realistic and can be done in good faith.
I will enter into a listing agreement with a seller who is realistic in regards to the proper pricing.
When hired to sell a Client's home, I will always make recommendations based on facts and market conditions to help their home sell in the shortest time possible.
I will be truthful with my Clients even though others might tell them what they want to hear just to get their business.
