Designed by architect Howard Meyer and built in 1957, this high rise was originally built as apartments and was later converted to condominiums. There have been a host of famous residents at 3525 Turtle Creek including Texas oilmen, senators and movie legend Greer Garson. The property is probably best recognized by the building's most noticeable feature – the concrete lattice brise soleil (sun breaker) which was designed to filter the harsh Texas sun.
